Echoes of Nature: Morning Songbirds

The sounds of nature are so grounding to me, and this peaceful collection of songbirds is a wonderful aid to relaxation.

In my office I have a sound machine that plays bird sounds, rain forests and ocean waves. I find myself returning to the songbirds.

My patients often notice and wonder if the sounds are real! I am not sure why the songs of the birds are so comforting to me, but perhaps they remind me of the simplicity of God's grace.

I am reminded of the references in scripture where God
expresses his love and care for the birds of the air and the lilies of the field.

This recording is particularly calming andis the perfect accompaniment for a relaxing cup of tea, and a time of peaceful reflection.

Whether it brings on gentle tears or wistful memories, the sounds of the songbirds will always bring quiet comfort.
